Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the XXL Signs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JDS Operations L.L.C., doing business as XXL Signs.

Services

XXL Signs provides custom signage design, fabrication, and installation services including but not limited to channel letters, monument signs, vehicle wraps, LED signs, banners, window graphics, wall murals, ADA-compliant signage, trade show displays, and commercial printing. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote. Changes to materials, dimensions, or design may result in revised pricing.
• A deposit of 50% is required to begin production on most projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to installation.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by state and local law.

Design and Approval

All sign designs must be approved in writing by the client before production begins. XXL Signs is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, or layout that were present in the client-approved proof. Revisions requested after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and workload. We make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, material shortages, permit processing) do not constitute a breach of these terms.

Installation

Installation services are available for an additional fee unless included in the original quote. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, landlord approvals, or HOA permissions before installation. XXL Signs is not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from permit denials or property access restrictions.

Warranty

XXL Signs provides the following warranties on our products:

• Channel Letters and Cabinet Signs: 3-year warranty on fabrication and electrical components.
• Vehicle Wraps: 2-year warranty against peeling, bubbling, and premature fading under normal conditions.
• Banners and Temporary Signage: 90-day warranty on print quality and finishing.
• LED Components: Manufacturer warranty applies (typically 3 to 5 years).
• Installation: 1-year warranty on mounting hardware and structural integrity.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by vandalism, extreme weather events, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of deposit payment for a full refund. After production has begun, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee based on the stage of production and materials already consumed. Custom-fabricated signs that have entered production are non-refundable. Deposits on cancelled orders after production begins will be applied as credit toward future projects.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of JDS Operations L.L.C. and is protected by copyright law. Clients retain ownership of their trademarks and logos. By providing artwork or logos for signage production, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce those materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XXL Signs and JDS Operations L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
